Dear Riot, Can we pls get an item called "Gnarcotic" to help control Gnar's Tantrums and make him more reliable?

So get an item that completely defeats the purpose of gnar? I mean its called management for a reason. Its what makes him who he is. If you could control him then he would be another Jayce/Elise/Nid and Riot said they didn't make gnar to be like those champs at all. Learn to manage him or don't play him. Since Riot will not change the way he works.
