The game does not start past pick and ban phase!

BUG TYPE: Client crash (possibly) SUMMARY: So I came across this problem recently. I have no problem running the launcher and then into the pick and ban phase. But after that the loading screen does not even appear. I try to exit the launcher and the restart the client but then it just prompts me to reconnect. I do that but without any luck. I literally press it and the client minimize and when i maximize, it gives me the same "you are currently assigned to a game, please reconnect" prompt. I have tried playing both, on my smurf and main, but i can't even enter a game. I tried it multiple times and even restarted my computer. Currently trying to fix the client and see if that help or i would have to re-install the game. I have tried 2 queues so far (one in each). I dont want to be an annoyance to other and ruin their experience and so I have given up on joining queues. Please look into this matter riot.

How to reproduce: -Enter a queue: Any queue will do. I have tried dominion on my main and 5v5 blind on my smurf. -Pick your champion and lock it in. Idk if locking in has anything to do with it but just stating what i did in both the cases. -Wait for the pick and ban phase to end -Wait for the client to minimize (At this point the loading screen does not pop up like it should) -Pull up the client from the hidden icon section in the task bar. (Here it should say, you are being connected to the game, but nothing should pop up.) -Close the client. Restart League. -Sign in, and click on reconnect. (The client should minimize as if the loading screen is about to appear, but nothing happens after that) -Maximize the client from the hidden icon section. -Will prompt you to reconnect again. -Click reconnect. (Again, this thing will just minimize and does not do anything after that)

Not sure if i am the only one who has it but thought that this was a notice worthy bug. So here I am.

Rate: 100%. been doing this since today. P.S: I had 4.17 for however long it has been out there for. I have a Windows 7 pc and this is the first time i saw it acting this way.
