Death Timers higher again, game length will go even more down?

After reading the patchnotes for 5.23, I was pretty upset to read that the death timers will be increased once again! Here is the link to it: http://eune.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/patch/patch-523-notes

It says that after 10 minutes, death timers will be higher as they are right now, but lower after 43 minutes. I am currently at Diamond 2 and the average game time out of my last 30 ranked games is around 26 minutes. The two big reasons for these short games are for sure the paper turrets and the increased death timers. For those who don't know how long the current death timers are: After 23 minutes, your death time is 38 seconds. After 30 minutes, your death time is 47 seconds.

These death timers are extreme high, every single death and every single ace leads to losing turrets and inhibitors. And right now, after they basically removed the whole lategame, they plan to increase the death timers even more which will just lead to even shorter games afterwards? They speak about shorter death timers after 43 minutes while the most games end before even 30 minutes have been passed.

I am seriously speechless right now, after 3 years of enjoying League of Legends the way I played it does it just get changed like this, making me unable to enjoy the game as I did before. I liked long games, I liked to fight try to scale up into a strong lategame, that a game isn't lost just because of a bad start... but right now, all of this got removed. When I click on summoners right now, it tells me that the average game length should be 30 to 45 minutes. I hope Riot will go a few steps back into that direction and doesn't completly change a game that I loved for so many years.
