[GAMEPLAY] Pinging Karthus' Ultimate while being dead shows always "ready", even when it's not

Since the newest patch, whenever I am pinging on Karthus his ultimate (which is on cooldown), the game will show "ready". Only when I respawn, pinging the ultimate will show the correct cooldown. I cannot remember even a single game where this bug didn't happen, so it should be easily be to re-produce, just play a Game on Karthus, die and ping your ultimate. The game will write it is ready, even when it's not.

I am pretty much a one trick pony, I got no idea if this bug includes other champions as well. It is just hella confusing. Lets say I die, my respawn timer says 30 seconds and my ultimate has 35 seconds cooldown left. Ingame, I always ping my respawn and my ult timer then, so everybody knows "Karthus can ult 5 seconds after he respawns", but instead it already shows "ready" which makes it more look like I was too retarded to press R while being dead.

Edit: Checked some other threads here, looks like some other champions got the exact same bug, ye.

On Morgana it's always ready. Even before I hit level 6, it's on cd, or I'm oom. Has caused a lot of miscommunication.
