Galio buffs?

Will we be receiving Galio buffs any time soon, Riot? He was really good for a while recently, but in the last patch you absolutely nerfed him into the ground. You run out of mana insanely fast now because of your Q. It also has less base damage, and scales less off of AP. Galio's Q is his main poke/farm ability, and now it does less damage and costs more mana. His E also does less damage.

Given the fact that Galio went from one of the best midlaners to one of the worst, I believe that Galio needs a buff. In patch 9.1, Galio had a 53% winrate, and he was the best midlaner in the game. In the current patch, Galio has a 45% winrate, and is one of the worst. He was clearly over-nerfed, and he needs some power returned to his kit.
