How to open saved highlights?

I know I can access them through the client but I'm wondering how to get them as a video file. They are saved on my computer as WEBM files which I've never heard of. Is there a way to convert them to a file that can be opened in video editing software?

Just go to profile and when u see overview, match history etc. at the end you can see highlights. There you can see them
