Do his numbers look high to you? mind you this is after he got 14 kills and the best 2 starting items for a mage that has a melee proc. Check it out. tell me what you think.

Wow. Luden's Echo + Ekko seem to be echoing a lot of resonance of "OP".
I would say his "device throwing" needs to have a special animation to show that it's coming back soon. This would warn players to move out of the way rather than it look peaceful.
Also, it's very sad that he's an AP champion with melee dependent interaction. There's very little MR in items, and they're all expensive.
