Ranked is broken

Just left a ranked game cause half my team did not connect, and the rest of us were experiencing connection issues, this was the 2nd game in a row where every one had connection issues, your fix to yesterdays issue did not fix anything, i now have 2 losses that pushed me away from promos due to this. Im sure there are more out there experiencing this, and just want to get this in, ranked should be bronze vs bronze not your PS making you go against gold while still in bronze its stupid and keeps good players away from where they belong.
