Broken Q fix (for all champs with cahrg Q's)

If your q is no longer usable here is the simple easy fix.

1. Hold alt
2. hit the spell key
3. Attempt to self cast by clikng yourself
4. let go of alt key
5. cast your q freely, works with all chargeable Q's (xerath, vi, varus)
