Riot, any love coming for Viktor soon?

Would like to ask to the Rioters, any changes coming for Viktor soon? He is the fifth midlaner with the lowest win rate. There are some champs like Cassiopeia and Galio on the bottom of the list too, but we all know how good are those Champions on the competitive scene. Since Rilay's nerf, around a year ago, Viktor has never been relevant again to the meta game. As a Viktor main, I think he needs some changes for the current meta. So well, that's it. Would like to know if something is coming

He's inherently overpowered due to the way his kit works, there isn't a lot of space for skill expression, similar to Anivia in that regard, and there's no real variety or play-making potential that separates players of different elos.

His bonus item offers tons of stats, and the upgraded abilities are quite lethal. He buys a Rylais right after finishing the upgrades on his inherent item, and then he can just faceroll anyone.

They'd need to rework the way his kit works to make him relevant again, otherwise he would simply be overwhelming.

Buy Rilay after Perfect Hex Core? You don't build Rilay on Viktor since a year ago bud. I honestly think he needs any changes on the W to make it "more interesting" (he is one of the control mages with worse CC) and make his R good again (damage over time)
