In playing teemo I have found that his kit is very good. But when I head into the late game it does less and less damage. Untill the point where he is useless exept for his ult. ( Only find it usefull in slowing people when team is retreating) But I build full AP and it seems to do nothing even when ap is over 200. Do you guys agree with this? Am I building wrong. Tell me please :D.

Bharhash1 votesNot all kits are created equal. Some favor the early game, some favor the late. One must always be mindful of this at champion select.
That being said, a blind is always useful at every stage in the game, and he's got tons of shrooms to lay down for vision / objective control and damage. If you went with lots of magic pen then your damage should continue to be consistent. What's your build like?
