Does this champ even need an explanation ? Damage ratios need reduced. Remove E and remove hybrid scaling Broken kit, dps way to high, Vayne 10.0, Remove resets. ult needs longer cooldown. Damage in both forms needs reduced, kits too strong, insane dps. free when ever he loses an all in ??? Broken over loaded kit, damage to high, and this is pre the pbe revert. and thats just as bad if not worse. AD scaling to high. Champ just needs overhauled. E radius needs reduced, also stop buffing her ultimate every other patch. Remove item from game Make a unique item so its not stackable, example needs to be melee only item shield needs reduced Item removed from game Item needs removed from game.

There's probably more things that needs nerfed but that's off the top of my head.
