Thought's on a Varus/Kog nerf or maybe just Rageblade ?

I'm enjoying this season so far, it's had it's up's and downs but it's been enjoyable, but I feel like item 3124 /item 3091 adc's i.e (Varus /KogMaw ) are a little to strong at the current moment, it's nice to see Varus in meta again but I feel like the dps bothVarus /KogMaw get from OnHit.exe build is to strong with out there really being a solid trade off, not so much on kog's stand point with his 47% W/L but Varus has been everywhere this season.

Edit: Or maybe just an adjust on Varus/Guinsoo's ?

on-hit is outscaled by crit so it's understandable that they're doing well in the early game. Rageblade should be toned down quite a bit though. It shouldn't pump out nearly as much magic damage as it is right now especially since it's paired with Wits End

There's really no way to nerf Varus without gutting him. He doesn't really deserve it.

He is entirely carried by his W and passive since his Q was gutted. It's rageblade that makes him viable.

So, you guys had skillshot/letahlity Varus (and Jhin) nerfed because "muh can't dodge arrow that deals 33% less damage for each enemy thta apsses through", Now you want even the AA versioon of it nerfed for what?

You want Point&Click monsters like Tristana or passive crit stacking Sivir to be the only viable choices?

Rageblade is one of the strongest items in the game. At 8 stacks it becomes 162% gold efficient and you know how fast that is being stacked by marksmen. Even though it is incredibly expensive, just makes it very slot efficient while also being super gold efficient. Every champion that has both AP and AD ratios on their abilities will synergise extremly well with it. I don't think its too good for the game at its current design. But I think there are larger problems than just single items.

Rageblade still doesn't have the 'double on hits every 4 autos' cause that the Phantom Hit had when it was on Sated Devourer.

I will forever see this as an issue.
