Banning phase before champs are randomly given in ARAM ?

I love ARAM I really do it's a great mode and I've had tons of enjoyment playing it but I've also experienced going up against some of the most cancerous team comps ever imaginable. I'm all for all random champs and all but I know I'm not the only one who has been up against comps similar to Lux Sona Maokai KogMaw Fiddlesticks / Zyra Soraka Varus Malphite Jhin and your team comp looks something like this Aatrox Darius Nunu Rumble RekSai and you get shafted. It's not like it would really impact aram in a negative way so much would it ? I mean what are the odds that a player with let's say 3 reroll's get's Lux out of their champ pool ? (139 champs on live servers, 140 if you count Kai'Sa) It just seems like it would be healthier for the game mode.

What really needs to happen, and has needed to happen for a long time is making it so ALL CHAMPIONS are available when playing ARAM, even if you don't own them. This way it is truly all random, and you can't just make an account loaded with overpowered picks to cycle between 'randoming'.

Bans are for competitive gaming. ARAM is not designed to be a competitive mode. Institute bans and no one will ever play Lux again; of course she's a pain in the ass when she's on the enemy team, but playing her is insanely fun, which is the whole point. Same for Sona, a bunch of ADCs, etc.

If you want to minimize shafting while maintaining the spirit of the game mode, the most logical course would be to allow the same champ to be on each team. Then, if one team happens upon a Lux/Sona/Caitlyn/Jinx/insert useful tank god comp, the other team isn't rerolling hopelessly for champs that can't possibly hold up.
