While we're at it, if scuttle is close to her, it stops and starts dancing. Just if scuttle and Nami are out of combat, though.

side note she gets very insignificant buffs while in river. along with the 1 less sun damage if you have shades. and assassins lose more hp the more assassins you have.

Sounds like something that'd get annoying after a while
