Yasuo
Is Yasuo ever going to get a change?
Strongest mid laner? One of, at least.
Yasuo's critical strike chance is doubled but he deals 90% of that damage. 75% on steel tempest.
Together with this he has his flow which automatically procs on it's own for a huge amount that scales by level and doesn't require any invidual statistic such as AP like many other character swith shields.
His ratios on his damaging abilities are a bit absurd. 100% AD on his Steel Tempest just becomes 75% AD with his passive. He's the only character I personally know of that lowers his cast time and his cooldown of an ability based on his attack speed which means Static Shiv is basically made for him. This one ability has 2 forms, one being just automatically better than the next making him way too versatile.
Wind Wall is the strongest ability I have ever seen as a non-ultimate ability. Not only does it save his life it saves the life of his teammates and of objectives such as Baron Nashor and Dragon. It's cooldown may be high but the abilities it can stop have higher cooldowns. Now, mid champions have basically no chance against Yasuo. With his crazy mobility he gets flow fast and his Wind Wall isn't some paper thin wall. It's a constant barrier that lasts 3.75 and blocks all projectiles from enemies. This includes many ultimates that have way higher cooldowns with no warning of it's cast. He can fight WITHIN his wall and other champions such as ADCs can be caught up in the wall with no ability to fight back until they get out in which case they'll die because Yasuo is a pretty much full damage character. This ability is absurdly powerful. It even grants vision. There's no reason for this ability to be this powerful.
Sweeping Blade: Not necessarily too strong of an ability by itself but with his kit it basically furthers the need to buy Static Shyv which means you're not offering a variance in his item build for core items. The speed of the dash scales with Yasuo's bonus movement speed which makes absolutely no sense to be there. Why should he get more for everything? Why does every ability have to do 3+ things. The damage also includes a stacking damage that only requires 2 targets to be maxed. The "big deal" would be he can't dash to the same target. Magic damage? Why not another physical damage? This ability also has a very low cooldown with any damage reduction. Static cooldown scaling to 0.1. Close to "why have it" but not quite "wtf is wrong with you" doesn't mean it's ok.
Last Breath: Yasuo blinks ...BLINKS to the nearest visible airborne enemy champion INSTANTLY generating max flow (for what reason?) and upon arriving he suspends all nearby airborn targets for 1 second making this game less fun because you basically just have to deal with longer cc but then you take MASSIVE damage. 150% bonus AD is super crazy especially since he has no reason to build tank with an automatic shield and his ability to block any aoe abilities or single target abilities and even attacks with windwall and that's not all the damage. 200/300/400 physical damage as well. As if that's not enough he ignores 50% of his targets' bonus armor which makes no sense and with his maximum flow allows him to basically tornado again if he combos with another champions ability.
A character who goes based on someone else's abilities. That would be a good idea if it wasn't "wombo combo" oriented. Smite had a huge problem with their huge aoe ultimates and League did too near the beginning but now adays everyone forgets when there was a patch nerfing Vlad's ultimate and many other AOE ultimates. Today with the fact that Yasuo can completely counter popular ultimates that got nerfed back then it's insult to injury for older characters. I know I'm not the only person who thinks some old characters need number tweaks not complete reworks and it'd save a lot of money for you if you'd just listen and change a few champions that just have a bit too much they can do with too little effort. Yasuo is one of those people. He doesn't even have to hit a Q tornado because other people can make up for his failures late game and early game who cares if it's lost. It's just a cooldown. It's not like flow is hard to get considering when you use it it's usually before you use your dash to go back and get out of danger to disengage after your poke. Should a knockup be such a high damage poke? Not in my opinion. Why does it critical? Should every AD character critical now with their Q steroid reset? I don't think that hsould be the case. You want to come up with some new ideas fine but Yasuo is designed for certain items. Either change those items so they're not PERFECT for him alone or find a way for people to actually counter Yasuo. Yasuo's kit has no disadvantage. He doesn't need to buy damage boots and he gets something for: Attack Damage, Attack Speed, Cooldown Reduction, Critical Strike. His 90% debuff is a complete joke. 90%? Come on, that 10% is just merciful not actual balance.
This character has no downside. "Melee" he gets multiple dashes, "Squishy" he gets windwall, dashes, and a knockup, "high cooldown" ...well that's just a lie so why mention it? Because someone probably already will try.
He counters too many people and isn't countered. His passive shield stops lane harass together with higher than average health and such he still retains his bruiser feeling status. How often do players melee a Yasuo as another melee champion? Not often. With his crazy critical chance and high ratios he can kill a mage just as fast as they can kill him except his damage is consistent and their's is not. A mage can Zhonya's, but that doesn't really save them VS Yasuo because his Wind Wall can be casted on their golden form and in turn most likely 1-3 of their abilities will be completely useless when they come out of it. If flash is necessary to get away from Yasuo EVERY time as a mage then you're basically in a cooldown war and mages aren't meant to win that. Not till way later in the game and by that time it's too late. He's good EARLY/MID/LATE game and is played CONSTANTLY in ranked.
49% win ratio is about where other characters get nerfed. Why is this character untouchable? Give us a break, Riot, no more characters that completely negate our abilities. You spoke before on how "anti-fun" was your priority but you add in Fizz after Vlad's W seemed so strong you nerfed his kit to shit then you add all these other characters that completely negate abilities. You change characters like Veigar to make them more challenging and say you don't want point click wins while Malzahar and many other characters still reign supreme in that aspect. You nerf mages to hell and all the while changing items like Black Cleaver and Ravenous Hydra to be extremely powerful and, on most melee characters, necessary to buy to be useful and still survive but in all this you leave this character that can go full damage and no tank and still kill so many other champions with next to no contestation. He's too much.
