I'm just wondering... why was viktor nerfed? He has a 46.73% win rate right now. You nerfed him enough in my opinion when you nerfed the ratios on his Cores. Can anyone find a decent reason to why viktor was nerfed? I sure can't.
I read somewhere it was because after his first or second back he could clear entire minion waves with his E
too much wave clear, he had a very safe early game after his first core cus it let him one shot caster minions. plus his wave clear late game made it very good to stop sieges, wasn't even that big of a nerf
I'm guessing you didnt read the patch notes where they explained why.
