tp twice in 20 seconds

so zoe with heal and flash on summoners just tped twice in 20 seconds ,..... once to go back and get item and back to mid then get another one and gank bot , (( teleport has 300 sec cooldown for a reason ??? ))

but i guess its normal for a champion who can flash 6 times in a team fight ???

she also had heal and flash on summoner but no biggy she just used my own ignite on me after i used it she also used her heal and a barrier from w .... but its ok she cant do much damage , oh yea im sry her q does like 1500 damage and basicly has no cd and you dont see it coming if she shoots it from the fog so you cant out play something you dont see , and to top it , its also aoe damage :)

her e is like fizzes ult but has 3 sec cd and its not an ultimate and also can travel half of the map in light speed ,,,,,,

well i always ban her and even if i dont someone else will , so whats the point of making a champion who is always banned ????

oh or maybe its all just because im gold and noob and cant out play her ?? oh ma bad

((( but honestly why can she see where enemy jungler uses his smite ... you know how broken that is ??? lets just remove the fog all togather )))
