The fact that I need to actually win games to get 15 LP and lose 20 bc of your client deciding not to connect to the game is atrocious and its a shame that you won't refund that LP as well. I wouldn't care as much if I had good mmr and lost 2 instead but due to your poorly generated matchmaking I now have permanent low MMR.....

Fix your client Fix your Matchmaking

People have being asking for months on end for changes and all you do is ignore the community that shows more compassion for the game then you do.

After being deep-sixed for eight games over the course of two weeks by the Critical Error bug, because the client was not compatible with the 19.03 WIndows Update, I sympathize.

brah if youre losing 20 lp per game its because youre really really bad or paid for someone to boost you. Work on improving your game and maybe, if you actually want attention, drop the f bombs out of the title. Not connecting to the game does not effect your MMR.

I'm referring to the state of the client :), you physically can lose games bc it refuses to connect you to the game. In which you lose LP. Also i'm not horrible at the game, its the players i'm paired with and you can say that i'm lying and all that crap but if you want the truth that's the truth :|. I have a smurf account, i'm not gonna say what rank it is bc its embarrassing that its higher then my main by a mile

Still not going to impact MMR. Im going to guess your smurf is in Silver and your main is Iron II at best. Fun fact: Being silver is a default, not a mark of skill. Pretty much any account is going to land Silver and then deviate from there

If only XD, i'm not a god at the game, I probably can perform at Diamond IV at my hardest although i'm only Plat II 30 LP :)

Same thing happened to me. I tried to connect to Teamfight Tactics this morning. The game never loaded and has no option to reconnect. It still says I'm in game now, so there goes my LP. [slayer-jinx-unamused]

The only way to get around the issue of the miss-connection is to restart your PC.
