Games Taken Hostage, Possible Solution

It seems like more and more games are being taken hostage from champ select, and either someone has to take the fall and dodge, give the troll whatever they want and hope to god that they actually play, or you just have to suffer through a 20 min game because the troll won't 15min ff. How about we get vote in champ select that will remake the game so we don't have to go through the game or force a dodge. Like we have a system now to remake games if someone doesn't connect why can't we have a system in champ select where if 4/5 or 3/5 people vote yes the game will remake. Thoughts?
