Inspiration Keystone Suggestion - Awakened
Ok,
First I never really used Spear of Shojin while it was in the game; Only on very rare occasions.
With that said, I think it really did put a unique spin on builds, except for the outliers of course (renekton, master yi, etc.). So why not incorporate the unique passive into a Keystone in the Inspiration rune line?
Before the negative comments, let's take a look at how those outliers would have to go out of their way to even use it:

They would have to invest predominantly in a rune line that wouldn't benefit the frame of the game they excel at (renekton - early game, master yi - mid game),

Even if they did, they would only be able to choose 2 runes that they previously relied on.

Inspiration rune line is known to break or modify in game mechanics so why not incorporate this as a Keystone?
So here is my suggestion:
Inspiration Keystone - Awakened
After casting your Ultimate, for the next 4/5/6 seconds, your basic attacks and non-ultimate abilities on enemy champions will reduce your non-ultimate abilities' remaining cooldowns by 10/15/20%
Cooldown - 60/45/30 seconds Incompatible with Elise, Jayce, Karma, Nidalee, and Udyr. If these Champions choose this Keystone, it will change to Omnistone.
All X/X/X stats are based on Ultinate Rank.
