Jungle Enchantments: Who Gets 'Em?

Okay, so, I main jungle, and this is something I have been experimenting with over the past couple of weeks, and I'd love to hear other people's thoughts/opinions on the matter, but this is the conclusion I've come to, personally: jungle enchantments are not worth rushing

First of all, for reference, I mostly have been playing Rek'Sai, Vi, and Diana in the jungle.

For Rek'Sai and Vi, I notice significant early-game improvement when prioritizing item 3074 IMMEDIATELY after purchasing item 3706. I benefit from the extra gold, monster damage, slight sustain, and chilling smite with 350g, so the cost efficiency is through the roof. But when it comes down to enchanting with warrior or grabbing Tiamat, I ALWAYS notice better clear times and better trading when choosing Tiamat; obvious synergy with Rek'Sai's Q, and synergy with Vi's E due to Hydra proc with each cast. Besides the better clear/trading, once you upgrade to Hydra your sustain becomes insane, which benefits your clear time AND your trading even further since you can gank at higher HP and live longer in trades. After that point, if I need tankiness I start building tanky according to the enemy team, or if I am really pwning noobs I can build item 3078 on Vi or usually item 3022 on Rek'Sai for improved chasing. I almost never end up purchasing the jungle enchantment either way, because I simply don't need it.

For Diana, I still grab item 3706 but obviously her build is a lot different from Vi or Rek'Sai. Normally I either go for item 3057 to add some burst and mana, or if I really need a Zhonya's ASAP I just start working toward that immediately. Under either circumstance, I find going straight into other items more beneficial than finishing the item 3708 .

What do you guys think?

Since new jungle I started prioritizing item 3713 then boots+core item before switching to something like this item 3708 simply because I get the free trade across and trailblazer helps my early game jungle. This especially helps with junglers that have a slow clear speed like Elise. She tends to clear her jungle in the same time other junglers can clear theirs+both rivers, and with the 50+30 bonus people get in river now things are really rough on her so I use all the help I can get clearing.

That said I wouldn't mind seeing the +30 taken from the river mobs to help balance out slower junglers.

I tend towards rushing the jungle enchantments. The thing about them is that they give stats that are efficient for their overall 2,250 gold price, but all of the stats are locked in the 1,500 gold that you actually spend on the enchantment. Because you absolutely need the 750 upgraded smite, giving up on the extremely efficient stats is just not a great option unless you have a very good reason to go for something else first (and since I don't buy Hydra on Vi at all, I'm not exactly jumping to go buy that instead). Just for straight "I've finished this item and I'm stronger than my opponent right now", I don't really think the enchantments can be beat.

I would say it's situational depending on the champ and the item.
