First impessions of Zoe

I haven't played her myself but I have laned against her. She seems like she has potential to be a great champion, but there are some things that I think should be changed. Her w should have a much lower drop rate from creeps firstly, because it's no fun having to lane versus someone that has flash a defensive summoner + exhaust all the time from RNG. Also I think for her e, that if a spell hitting you means you are automatically dead no matter when she lands it, it should be a little harder to hit and not basically point and click if you are not handicapped.
