@RIot Vitals Allow Fiora to Hit Stealthed Targets. Bug or Intended?

Just curious.

For context, I was playing as . The enemy Fiora was attacking me, and I ulted to attempt to get away. While i was in stealth, Fiora was able to auto attack me to proc a vital, which killed me and foiled my escape attempt.
