Executioner's Calling was removed 4.21, GW removed from both and next patch.

Are the days of Grievous Wounds numbered?

He's probably the one at Riot's Balancing team doing the changes. That's why we cannot understand the changes on the champs. Im assuming he also might be dressed as another habitual employee at the Riot's Corp HQ.

MF's GW W doesn't seem like it has much point in having GW. Most of the time it's just they only get half the HP5 for a couple seconds. That doesn't seem very significant or like it leads to anything particularly good or interesting in terms of gameplay. I wouldn't be surprised to see it go next.

You say that as though healing abilities and life steal items were uncommon in bot lane.

Quite a while ago (back on the old forums) a Red said that they would like to remove GW, or at least make it less binary. As is, you either don't have it and can't really deal with strong healers, or you have it and it is just a massive 50% hit to all healing.

The main obstacle is that there are some champions which are basically balanced around the idea that GW can be used to counter their healing. So I would expect to see a lot of balance changes to the likes of Mundo/Swain/Vlad/WW/ect. if GW was to be removed.

Well, either some other way to deal with their healing, or just have the amount of healing reduced to account for the loss of GW. And it isn't just those 4, there are a LOT of champs that are heavily impacted by GW, not even accounting for lifesteal and spellvamp.
