Yeah it fills your screen with something that is not needed.

I think that is actually i needed addition. That way the person can see that a garen ult will do true damage.

If he is on your screen you will see your head right next to him. The debuff should still appear in the UI but its just irritating to walk around with the sword when garen is on the other side of the map.
