Possible URF Strategy for anivia

So I was thinking about this idea and I thought it could work. If you are Anivia and you are playing urf next time it comes around. Start with your wall, and lane with the most damaging character on your team. Whenever your minions spawn, keep them walled into the base. Once Anivia's wall is maxed out it can keep them walled in the entire time but level 1 you may have to wall 1 section then as the minions are walking around wall the other section and keep doing this back and forth. The reason for this is that in order to gain experience (you still gain experience apart from minions in urf but its alot slower) you need to have minions die near you, if there are no enemy minions your main source of experience is lost but the enemy champion (in my head Diana would work best because her ult already has a 5 second cd let alone if you land a q) is getting experience from your minions dying. Just let your teamate stay under turret and get the experience then once they get their ultimate they should be able to kill both of the people. So til level 6 its a 2v1 top or bot but once you hit level 6 they should be level 3-4 then should die pretty fast.
