People join move then leave making us a 4v5 and I still lose lp.

I have had this happen alot of times now where a person (often times from a different region) joins the game moves then leaves. Whether its internet I don't know but I'm already having a hard time climbing because of people who feed then quit I don't need to lose lp from people joining moving then quitting. And because they move I can't remake. As I speak I am in a match with a person who left and I can't remake it.
