Here's what needs to happen to the friends list.

On more than one occasion I have noticed that while trying to find a person to play with out of my friends list while looking for those who are in queue you will see them mixed in with those who are actually in game. This is especially hard if you have nearly a full friends list with people who are active players and average 80-100+ on at a time. I request that a filter be set up so as to filter those who are in queue above those who are in game when you filter by status. It honestly would be an improvement rather than sorting through over 50 people who are in game and in queue. If this feature would be added there would be alot better quality of life for the game itself. If anyone who is reading this agrees feel free to up vote it to make it happen!
