Quality of Life Update for Annie
So I don't play a lot of Annie usually (Gold 3 support main), but when I do, I really love how versatile her stun is in terms of how you can proc it, and especially with low cd's the fact you can get a second or even third off in a teamfight. However, I've come across one very annoying feature. When Annie dies, her stun stacks are reset. This happens whether or not her Q is already travelling.
As such, if the Q is airborne and she dies before it hits, it won't stun. I think making it so that her stun stacks go down a little bit later after death (maybe respawn, or 5-6 seconds?) could prove very healthy and happy for her, because it wont be significant enough to make her OP, but good enough that there will be reason to sacrifice yourself to secure a kill and potentitally save 1 or more of your teammate's lives.
