But I see 600 true damage in 1.30 seconds.

Except for the item 3071 i don't have any bonus hp . If i had 3.5k hp he would've deal 1k + TRUE DAMAGE.

So you can say that it's 600 true damage to a squishy. That's so disgusting i should've select ''ADULT CONTENT''

P.s : When i took the ss he had only item 3931 item 3124 .

he did to me 1024 or so true damage to me in a similar time period.

devoure makes his true damage proc twice every second attack. i think this will not change after the "nerfs" because they are simply buffing his base damage while reducing the ratio. nothing changes.

This is so fake.

Devourer's magic damage should outdamage his basic attacks.
