With the exception of Naut, their abilities are easy to dodge. And Gragas doesnt count, he has to go in physically.

I can never dodge her ult for some reason.

well the reason these guys dont get that kinda nerf is all their power is in that one spell so it needs to be more reliable then Someone like syndra whose power is in her Q and Ult

Where is her ult? She hits you even when she fires it in the opposite direction.

These all have very heavy drawbacks compared to what they do. Morg q and Thresh hook move incredibly slowly AND thresh has a delay to the ability, blitz hook has a massive cooldown and costs a fortune in mana, and Gragas literally puts himself in the face of the enemy for his cc. The only real big issue of all these abilities is naut's since it's projectile is so big, but it gets blocked by terrain and creeps and pulls him in while not pulling the enemy that far back even for it's how imbalanced it is.

Syndra was nerfed because the ability was too easy to hit for it's ability to enable Syndra's insane burst, had no repercussions mana-wise, and could be fished for catches, something that shouldn't be attached to a 1-shot burst champion.

Morgana has no hitbox problems. I play her constantly and i never saw my Q hit something that i was clearly supposed to miss.

I also find javelins have a really dumb hitbox still, I mean, I would say she might even be underpowered right now, but that still isn't a reason to not fix this shit.
