It's about time to end this nonsense
Towers used to be a safe place for a friendly to sit and rest and maybe back, a huge staple to the game. However they are barely regarded when anyone lvl 6+ can easily tank 4+ tower shots and kill an enemy champion. Tower dives are so common nowadays and when I play and dive some enemy and get a kill AND make it out alive after taking their dmg + the turrets it just doesn't feel as rewarding. I am proposing here to increase the outer turrets dmg against champions (not minions). This will lead to more risky tower dives, more rewarding tower dives, but safer for the champions seeking a safe haven to back. The buff should only effect tower dives and not seiging of turrets since the dmg to minions will not be effected. This may be a big change so at the very least add some more armor or magic pen to the turrets.
