I just want to throw it out i think this will happen. Champs to watch out for!

basically anyone that scales with ad, can use their abilities before auto-attacking or can get most of their combo off in less than two seconds.

Out of those, only Jayce will be fast enough. Panth too, if he's fed.

2 seconds is a short amount of time.
