Banshee's Veil changed to an active?
What do you think of changing the spellshield to an active but increasing the CD to say 60 or even 90 Sec?

i think its cool that you dont have to worry about using the item and its cool counterplay to first hit it with something useless.
tho i think what would be really nice is that you can activate it and its duration is infinite and its cooldown is, say, 60 seconds and starts after the shield gets popped. this way you can either activate it right when its available for easy to use regular banshees or you can activate it to block a specific spell.
tho, that could actually be too strong of an item in many situations.
Not sure if this idea is actually worse than the previous idea today of putting a spell shield on cleanse. Both are awful ideas either way though.
