well i heard this among high elo friends but they never explained it much to me, and i also heard some streamers talk about it also without explaining it, it seems pretty important, keep in mind im a gold elo scrub i dont know shit about the game, so what exactly is strong lane movement and weak lane movement is there a specific way to move in lane? arent you supposed to match you opponents movements? while taking into consideration the range of there AA's and spells or is there a smarter way to move?

most people in lane will just move one way or kinda of stand still but you will see pros and high elo players click back and fourth to throw off where he will go. Also how to you dodge such as some people will just walk in a straight line not trying to dodge and others will try and go one way or another. also yes you will see people stay out of AA range and even auto move to kill minions and stay safe or if the champion allows it use and ability and move away to avoid danger and ganks.

Hard to say without context. Could be lane pressure and wave management, could be how quickly and effectively they can keep up with rotating around the map, could be kiting and how well they can stay in position
