ranked anxiety,how do you deal with it?

well first off i suck at this game im new to ranked and i dont even have a grasp of why the hell am i silver 3 and not wood 50, so every time i queue up for ranked i feel really scared, i start shivering and my heart starts beating like a hammer, which not only makes me preform worst than i should be but its effecting me so much im too afraid to queue up and i start making excuses and stuff like that so that i wont play i tried to convince myself that its just a game but its not really working add to that that i take ranked way too seriously if i lose i feel really bad for the rest of the day even for the week and if i win i feel really good and stuff now i had this problem when i first started playing pvp and not against bots but it wasnt that serious and i overcame it after like 30 matches or so (i played like 500 matches or so t'ill this day) but this seems different somehow did u have this problem when u started playing ranked? if so how did u deal with it

i would appreciate your help and sorry for my horrible English XD

I'd say just do it. You'll get over it sooner or later if you keep playing, but you'll just get rusty and increase your anxiety by staying away. If you feel like you start tilting just take a break (I usually only do 1 match a day, 2 if I lose the first one).

Its just a game. Its not life or death so dont worry so much.

Don't do ranked. It's a waste of time
