balancing crit / duskblade
we all know riot isn't balancing right, it looks like a fake nerf followed up by a ninja buff..
i expected to see a nerf to base crit damage, ie, and crit chance and life steal (with crits)
reduce base critical damage by 50% (from 200% to 150%) reduce Infinity Edge's Crit damage by 20% instead of adding even more absurd true damage reduce Zeal crit chance to 15% (from 20%) Rapid Fire Cannon, Statikk Shiv, Runnan's Hurricane to 25% (from 30%) Lifesteal from crits are now reduced by 30% (something has to be done about the 20% hp going to full in a matter of few hits.)
rework yasuo passive to either give additive gain instead of doubling it or have it increase his crit rate by 4% per opponent nearby (reaching 100% criticial rate with just 2 crit items is ridiculous!)
rework duskblade damage proc to deal 5% of target's max health instead so they won't feel completely useless against a tanky comp. this will make it deal lesser damage to squishy champions but we never needed that extra damage from dusk blade to kill them anyway..
does anyone else have suggestions? i may have missed some items

I agree the passive needs to be adjusted, maybe something like 25-33% or anything really instead of 50%
