is it just me or match making got worse?

april fools seems to be the worst day to play league, i end up with 3 supports that have no idea how to support and two of them being alistar. and a top that keeps dueling nasus with a yorick and nasus his 3/1

i assume these players just got to lv.30 or something or is playing league for the first time on their friend or brother's account otherwise i can't explain how bad they play.

it's really discouraging to play league with certain players like this, has anyone else noticed this?
