Can we please give Syndra a new passive?

Ever since season three, Syndra has been one of my favorite champions conceptually, and she was one of the first ones I owned. However taking a look at her kit, transcendence has got to be one of the most poorly designed passives and outdated in the game. All it does is unnecessarily gate her power until the mid late game. Even then none of the new spell effects/properties are really that game changing. Taking a look at champion passives they all seem to serve one of two function, either to influence their build path(see singed, mundo, ashe) or to supplement strengths/weaknesses(see Zed, Nunu, Leona). Syndra has niether, just a delay in minor power spikes. Honestly all of these effects could be integrated into the spell ranks with the max rank reaching the max lvl versions with the transcendence passive.

I propose that riot scraps Transcendence and work on giving Syndra a new passive that is influenced by how many dark Spheres she has active in order to emphasize her strengths as a zone/control mage.
