Shyvana Q and Rage Blade interaction?
While running Rage Blade on the bae, I noticed that she wasn't procing two stacks of rage on her Q auto. Is this an intended interaction or is it an oversight?

Rage Blade stacks on-attack, not on-hit. Shyvana's Q applies on-hit effects twice. So i would say it's working properly.
Intended behaviour if nobody complains. Minor bug if a small group complains. Intended behaviour to promote skillful play to separate the "good" shyvanas from the "great" shyvanas if a moderate group complains. Oversight/game breaking bug if a vast majority of players complains. Shyvana nerfs if people start to bitch like they're doing for rengar/vayne/assassins. Huge buffs if a LCS player starts playing her/a masters+ onetrick starts streaming and gets at least 3k viewers regularly.
