Replace blind pick w/old teambuilder

Can we get old teambuilder back? It was strictly better than blind picks and I much prefer the teambuilder to the new draft system. I never cared about teams having the same characters, I just cared about playing the champion and position that I wanted. It also allowed me to practice against the "broken" champions that people banned.
