Spitballing heimer tweaks

Hello fellow heimer players. What do you think heimer needs to bring him back into par with the other champs?

For a quick fix, personally, I think we could use lower cool downs on most of his skills.

For rework ideas I was thinking about our squishy turrets and the lack of counter play people complain about for our champ. What are people's thoughts if heimer gained temporary health for each turret placed and shared that health with the turrets. Killing a turret would take away the health that was gained from placing it.

What are some balance ideas you guys have? Our champ could go in many directions to improve his overall gameplay,

I'm gonna copy/paste some suggestions I've made on another thread:

  1. Make his passive scale up with either AP or HP, or his own base regen. And allow him to repair towers again, in the form of an ability like Azir's passive, with a cooldown. Restoring some health to the tower or something like that. If janna can shield towers i don't see why heimerdinger can't repair them.

  2. Give turrets back the old magic resist debuff with each attack, not necesarilly to 50 like it was before but 25 should be a solid number. Heimerdinger can't project his turrets, and right now turrets die easily. Fighting in Heimer's zone of control for too long should be punitive for the opponent.

  3. Turrets' health should scale with Heimerdinger's own health as well.

  4. Turrets should go invisible when deactivated.

  5. H-28Q Apex Turret should explode for big aoe damage when destroyed and its slow should be increased to 50%. Right now it's very easy to deal with that thing.

I'm a Heimer main and just find it hard to buff him w/o breaking him. His passive's kind of bad unless you're supporting and laning but outside of those phases it's basically useless. Most of his power is from Skill Shots. Grenades need to be on point and so do his rockets. The turret is irrelevant at points because it can easily be destroyed, it however does come in handy collecting objectives like turrets but still even then it eventually does become non-existent. The turrets along with the Ult-Turret could stand get a buff especially their accuracy and visuals since they tend to be off and sometimes even glitch and they take forever to even target champs when they're in range. A more accurate Stun or even Rockets could also help. Also better AP scaling would help since there are other champs that do gain tons of AP plus their skills are literally point and click, like Annie and Veigar...
