Fix your matchmaker

I know it was only a normal but just look at my last teemo game. My entire team was low gold (Gold 4 and 5) while the enemy team had 2 Plat 1's and a diamond 2 player with a Gold 1 player.

We of course lost the unbalanced game and it was a complete stomp.
