So we can't change flash because it's part of the game balance

Then how about you just buff every other summoner spell to be on the same level ? Make ghost better, make heal better, make cleanse better, make everything better and then maybe people will stop picking flash, just give them an ACTUAL option instead of "Flash Ignite/TP" every fking game.

Don't nerf summoner spell unless they are actually better than flash, maybe make ghost give you a burst of movement speed that decreases so you can counter the people that just flash away, give them a niche instead of just making them useless. There is litteraly only 4 of the spells in use right now, Flash, Ignite, TP and heal SOMETIMES if you're lucky and even then top laners have started spamming ignite now. What's the point of going anything else ? It's objectively worse in everysingle way and cannot beat flash ignite. Even heal heals for LESS than ignite even thought it's TRUE DMG. It's getting ridiculous.
