How can I carry the game with damage with tank and with utility?

I peel for the adc and he face tanks all day and night. I go the adc and everyone wants to go a solo carry and they int so I have no tank and all my kiting is useless.I go a jungler with damage and tank and peel for my adc whilst bruising but he still face tanks doesnt react and blames me. Its such a frustrating experience because I work my way out of bronze 4 to get to bronze 1 to realize no one in this elo knows what they are doing and the enemies are finally competent enough to target people who have damage and are clueless....Full build kog maw dying instantly to a full tank when all he had to do was flash the ult...Or even walk away....Or use his Q....instead he face tanks the ult sits there taking full damage no life steal at all built full on hit dying faster then he can kill malphite but remains unmoved, every fight was a 4 vs 5...Game before I went kog maw got camped my jungler was toxic and refused to help I got no peel but 1 vs 1ed the fed assassins coming after me dodged skill shots peeled and kitted and we ultimately lost because the top laner was in the jungle instead of with the team and got caught.....game before that I went kog maw did ok in lane 2-4-3 but literally every other lane inted....
