Can you stop placing new players in silver please....

Got on to play ranked brand spanking new level 30 riven in my ranked match 1-10 but somehow I bet will get placed in low silver or high bronze when I was placed in bronze 5 and had to climb out.............For the love of god im goign to get placed bronze next year and I will have to climb again but stop placing these new players who dont know how to play the game into silver place them bronze 5-2 for the sake of us all................Honestly speaking they would even have more fun that way instead of tilting people through silver and slowly falling to bronze in frustration and anger...
