Ranked Que Times. HELP ME!

So Im not too sure if this is the right spot to post this or not, but I am Gold 4 and I have my primary role as mid and secondary as jungle. I have been sitting in a que for ranked for 31 minutes as of the time of this post. Is there an error with the system? Id like to just play a game of league at this point. Any help would be great.

EDIT: Que finally popped after 35 minutes. Succesfully got a game after 35 minutes. Still think there has got to be an error, 35 minutes is a really long time and im at a average skill level where there are alot of players to pick from. If I could even get some answers from someone at Riot as to why it happened that would be cool.

Edit 2: Someone then dodged, now at 38 minutes.

Edit 3: Following the dodge got another game shortly after, only to get my secondary role. Were this a short wait maybe even 5 minutes. I wouldn't be annoyed. But waiting for almost 40 minutes to get my secondary role is a little disappointing really. Quite let down by this new system right about now.

Edit 4: Also the reason in the photo it says cancelled matchmaking is because the first time i tried i cancelled after 5 minutes and switched roles. Even tried making my secondary fill and it didnt help. I switched up roles a couple times before sticking with mid jungle. So overall it was probably around an hour of waiting but the last que was 40 minutes straight before finally getting a game.

Edit 5: Upon completing the game and winning was then given no lp for it?
