Matches not being saved

Was just in a ranked game as Twisted Fate, it was a 5v4 because their Katarina mid never joined the game. The other team forfeited at 20 minutes. Get out of the game, the post game screen never loads. I go into my profile to check how much lp I got for the win. The match doesn't show up, and the lp is the same as it was before. So I lose a free win from the 5v4, but the more annoying part is that I just wasted about 30 minutes in a game and there is no record of the game at all. Im also sure you are aware of it but the chat is broken..... again. I realize riot is doing the best they can, but I really am curious as to why NA has no many more problems then any other region?
