Please give us more time in champion select [ARURF]

It takes a long time for players to decide on a champion, reroll, trade, or reroll for their teammates let alone set up their runes and masteries. I may be a fool for choosing to do my masteries fresh every game but when I get randomized a champion I don't even own, I take a longer time to set up for a game. I would personally suggest 30 to 45 seconds longer in champion select; however, I would be grateful for even 10 to 15 more seconds as every second counts.

Many players complain about the fact that every champion is available, that they don't have enough rerolls in their opinion, or even the fact that it's A.R.A.M. U.R.F. but I want nothing more than a bit more time to set up for a good game.
